(Driver’s Licence, Water or Electric Bill)

• Child’s Social Security Number

All tuition is due each Friday before the new week. A late charge of $5 will be applied after Friday. (A $30 returned check fee will be enforced.)

*Absentees and holidays are not deductible.

10% Discount is extended to the enrollment of Siblings.
